In training our horses, we use gentle, resistant-free methods. We don't believe in striking our horses
but instead use firm, repetitive gestures, language, and cues to encourage them to follow our instructions. We focus on training
for respect per Clinton Anderson and incorporate the bonding used by Pat Parelli in their teachings. The end result is a horse
willing and happy to work with you. Our stallions are treated the same in training as the mares and geldings with the exception
that there is more under saddle socialization among the girls once the colts are going well. We also offer lessons to the
public and specialize in teaching safety around horses, their care, and imparting confidence to the both youngsters and adults
as well as giving the proverbial riding lessons. Our goal is to raise all horses on our farm to be loving, gentle, and respectful
enough to fit into the family farm or to showcase their talents in the exhibition ring.
